Refund Policy
Last updated August 5, 2026. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following applies to every order.
Digital delivery
All sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been delivered. This is standard for instantly downloadable products and is shown at checkout before payment.
When we do issue refunds
We refund in full when a file is corrupted or will not open, when a download link fails and we cannot resolve it, when you were charged twice for the same order, or when the product delivered is materially different from its description.
How to request
Email support@ciaramorriswellness.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within one business day and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If something isn't working, tell us. Most issues are solved in a single email with a fresh link or an alternate file format.
